Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly proficient Executive Assistant in Lisboa, Portugal to support the leader of our dynamic cybersecurity training company, which operates across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will be multilingual, fluently speaking and writing in English and at least two other languages relevant to our diverse client base. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, as you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating international meetings, and handling sensitive communication with high-profile clients. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters is crucial in our security-focused business environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating the capability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
CMMC & NIST Instructor
Must hold the Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) designation at a minimum, Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) is optional but desired. Must also hold the CMMC Provisional Instructor designation. Must hold one or more cybersecurity or audit related professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. Candidate must be fluent English (written and spoken); multilingual desired (EMEA languages).
Business Development Manager
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a quota-based sales role with evidence of meeting sales revenue goals. Sales experience must be in the cybersecurity education and/or training fields. Ideally located in Lisboa, Portugal, however, we are open to remote. Candidate must be fluent English (written and spoken); multilingual desired (EMEA languages).
