The United States Department of Defense (DoD) has ended the Proposed Rule public comment period as part of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 32 CFR Rulemaking process. The DoD will now review the comments and prepare for a Final Rule. In the meantime, the Proposed Rule for 48 CFR updates are expected soon.
